Shared phone connection password
Every signed-in dashboard user can set or change this password. Phones need only the server URL and this password; default context/app setup is automatic, with no person binding.

Dashboard passkeys
Server administrator access requires passkey authentication. Phone staff PIN roles do not grant dashboard access.
Phone staff access · scoped PIN policy
Phone Nurse and Admin PIN policy
These shared PINs unlock phone staff functions in the selected upload/security context; they never authenticate to this server dashboard. Admin PIN also unlocks Nurse functions. They identify a role, not an individual.
Offline phones keep their previous PIN policy until reconnection; disabling or rotating PINs does not instantly revoke offline access.
Maintenance
Eligible uploads are deleted according to the retention periods above. Confirmation is required.
